Telley Lace Creative Studio operates Monday-Friday from 9AM-6PM EST. We are CLOSED on weekends and all holidays.​

All communication with Telley Lace Creative Studio is to be done via email for paper trail purposes. Phone calls and consultations may be optional. Please allow up to 24 hours for a response from the Telley Lace Creative Studio team. If for any reason you have not received a response within that time frame, please resend your message or inquiry. Telley Lace Creative Studio does not respond to any clients outside of business days and hours (see above).

Telley Lace Creative Studio does not offer refunds for any services unless stated otherwise. Once a purchase has been made through Telley Lace Creative Studio. the project will begin in the time frame given to the client. I always provide reasonable time frames to my clients however, there may be an additional business day or two needed before I can begin if it is a busy time. If for any reason you want to cancel a service already rendered or paid for, that is your choice. However, due to the work produced or in queue, payments already received by Telley Lace Creative Studio will not be refunded in order to balance the loss of business. If partial work has already been received by the client and they choose to cancel, the partial or full payment that has been paid will not be refunded. Ownership of all artwork, layouts and development will remain the property of Telley Lace Creative Studio and remaining work will not be sent to the client for their ownership. If the project is in it’s final stage, ownership will be transferred to client after full payment is received. ​ The only reason requests for refunds may be granted is in the event Telley Lace Creative Studio is unable to do the project for personal reasons, emergencies, or sickness.

Pricing at Telley Lace Creative Studio is subject to change at any time. If there has been an agreed pricing between Telley Lace Creative Studio and the client before changes have been made, it will remain valid until that project is complete. Projects and services purchased on www.telleycreativestudio.com are paid in full before the project begins. All payments are to be made with a debit/credit card on www.telleycreativestudio.com. Cash is not ever accepted. No project will begin until full payment or deposit has been 100% processed.

All design projects are sent to you "The Client" in the form of email from me "Telley Lace Creative Studio." Logo designs will always be sent in JPG, PNG, and .PSD (upon request) format. Other projects such as flyers, business cards, website graphics, etc. are sent in JPG or PNG format. Please contact Telley Lace Creative Studio if PDF files are needed. All original .PSD files are to remain in the property of Telley Lace Creative Studio, even if a copy was sent to you. Once a project has been finalized and the files have been sent to you, you own the rights to what you have purchased. Copyrighting and/or trademarking your logo is not in the responsibility of Telley Lace Creative Studio. ​ You "The Client" also give Telley Lace Creative Studio the right to use designs and drafts for portfolio and/or marketing reasons unless stated otherwise. No final designs or files will be sent without full payment. Draft images of ANY kind are for the purpose of approval only. They may not be copied, manipulated, or distributed to anyone or any company other than those directly involved with the project without prior permission from Telley Lace Creative Studio. All drafts are the property of Telley Lace Creative Studio.​ For majority of projects done by Telley Lace Creative Studio, there is a three revision limit. After three revisions, any additional revisions will require $5 per revision. ​ Telley Lace Creative Studio will under NO circumstances incorporate another graphic/web designers work into her own or copy another designers work to where it looks exactly the same. You may send examples of work you have seen that you like from other designers, and Telley Lace Creative Studio will let you know if she can or cannot create a SIMILAR design for you, but they will never be exactly copied or incorporated due to legal concerns.

Telley Lace Creative Studio average turnaround time is 2-4 business days, for smaller projects such as brand identity suites, flyers, and social media content. Your turnaround time starts from the day you book and/or email Telley Lace Creative Studio necessary information to start your project. You must send requested information for any designs via email within 5 business days of booking/purchasing. Revision turnaround: Please allow a up to 2 business days for any requested revisions on your design project updates. ----- For branding packages and larger projects such as web design, turnaround is 3-4 weeks. Your turnaround time starts from the day you book and/or email Telley Lace Creative Studio necessary information to start your project. You must send requested information for any designs via email within 5 days of booking/purchasing. Revision turnaround: Please allow up to 5 business days for requested revisions on your web design projects. ----- We kindly ask that you do not unnecessarily and continuously contact Telley Lace Creative Studio during your design process/turnaround time period repeatedly asking for updates on your project. This distracts Telley Lace Creative Studio during creative design time. Doing so may extend your estimated turnaround time. ----- ​ Turnaround times may slightly increase due to holidays, major sales, or if Telley Lace Creative Studio is unexpectedly overbooked.

If necessary and upon request, I offer a rush design turnaround for an additional $20-$300 per project. Rushing your design project will decrease your turnaround time by about 2 days. Rushing your web design or brand package project will decrease your turnaround time by 1 week. For rushed designs, please allow up to 24 hours for requested revisions on your project updates. This includes revisions for designs that are a part of your rushed brand package. For rushed website projects, please allow up to 4 business days for requested revisions.

We care about your privacy at Telley Lace Creative Studio. We collect information such as photos, contact information, verbiage, and WIX login information to complete your projects. We will not sell your information or photos. All information is discarded after your project is complete. Your payment information is never viewed or stored.
